　(1) 在底部。如：
    There’s a hole at the bottom of the flower pot. 花盆底部有个洞。
    Sign your name at the bottom of the page. 请在这页的最后签上你的名字。
    注：有时根据一定的语境也可用介词 on, in 等。如：
    There is some tea left in [at, on] the bottom of the cup. 有些茶叶留在茶杯底部。
    (2) 在远处，在尽头。如：
    The hospital is at the bottom of the street. 医院在街的尽头。
    We grow vegetables at the bottom of our garden. 我们在花园的尽头种蔬菜。
    (3) 在最后。如：
    He is at the bottom of the class. 他在班上排名最后。
    (4) 是……的根本原因。如：
    Wine is at the bottom of his illness. 饮酒是他生病的根本原因。
