释义	鸿隙陂 hóng xì bēi 详细释义陂名。故址在今河南淮河北正阳、息县间。跨汝河，受淮北诸水，郡以为饶。汉成帝时，关东患水，陂溢为害，翟方进等奏罢之。后岁旱、民失其利。东汉邓晨为汝南太守，修复旧陂，起塘四百馀里，灌田数千顷，汝土以饶。至安帝永初三年，诏以陂假与贫民，自是遂废。《漢書》稱汝南有鴻隙陂，翟方進爲相始奏罷，郡人怨甚切。意鴻隙陂者，非特爲灌溉之利，菱芡蒲魚之饒，實一郡瀦水處也。《汉书》称汝南有鸿隙陂，翟方进为相始奏罢，郡人怨甚切。意鸿隙陂者，非特为灌溉之利，菱芡蒲鱼之饶，实一郡潴水处也。秦观·宋·汝水涨溢说
