详细释义
一年生草本植物，芥菜的变种，叶子长圆形，有锐锯齿及缺刻，花鲜黄色，种子褐色。雪天诸菜冻损，此菜独青，故名。茎和叶子是普通的蔬菜，通常腌着吃。亦称“雪裏紅”。
