释义	隨年杖 suí nián zhàng 详细释义五代的滥刑之一。杖击数与受刑人年龄相同。民有過者，問其年幾何，對曰若干，即隨其數杖之，謂之“隨年杖”。民有过者，问其年几何，对曰若干，即随其数杖之，谓之“随年杖”。新五代史·汉臣传·刘铢每杖人，雙杖對下，謂之“合歡杖”；或杖人如其歲數，謂之“隨年杖”。此又藩郡之濫刑也。每杖人，双杖对下，谓之“合欢杖”；或杖人如其岁数，谓之“随年杖”。此又藩郡之滥刑也。赵翼·清·廿二史札记卷二二
