谓向乡里摊派税捐。
〔康熙〕十四年，禁里攤之弊。户部議湖廣道御史郝浴奏言：招買軍需，名爲市易，實係里攤。比及發價，或貪官層扣，或蠹吏互侵，未必盡得實價。嗣後軍需糧料，如小民情願抵納正賦者，即行給與印票。儻有里攤情弊，該督撫據實指名題參，嚴行處分。應如所請從之。
