古代关中平原的人工灌溉渠。秦王政十年（公元前237年），采纳韩国水工郑国的建议开凿。历时十余年始成。渠长三百多里，灌田四万余顷，关中成为沃野。汉魏时为泾水流域主要灌溉系统。
而韓聞秦之好興事，欲罷之，毋令東伐，乃使水工鄭國閒説秦，令鑿涇水自中山西邸瓠口爲渠，並北山東注洛三百餘里，欲以溉田……渠就，用注填閼之水，溉澤鹵之地四萬餘頃，收皆畝一鐘。於是關中爲沃野，無凶年，秦以富彊，卒并諸侯，因命曰鄭國渠。
