也叫缩写草签或临时签署。由缔约国谈判代表在条约草案上签名，表示谈判代表本人对条约的草案已经同意。俟缔约国政府授权签字的命令到达后经过正式签字，条约才能生效。亦指一般协议合同正式签署前的双方签字。
