释义	粉餈 fěn cí 详细释义用稻米黍米之粉做成的食品，上粘豆屑。羞籩之食，糗餌、粉餈。羞笾之食，糗饵、粉糍。故书糍作茨。郑司农云：“糗，熬大豆与米也；粉，豆屑也；茨字或作糍，为乾饵饼之也。”玄谓此二物，皆粉稻米、黍米所为也。合蒸曰饵，饼之曰糍。糗者，捣粉熬大豆为饵糍之黏著，以粉之耳。饵言糗，糍言粉，互相足。 —郑玄注周礼·天官·笾人
