淡笋干。原产江西吉安，因皮色洁白如玉得名。
楊東山嘗爲余言：昔周益公、洪容齋嘗侍壽皇宴，因談肴核，上問容齋：“卿鄉里何所産？”容齋，番陽人也，對曰：“沙地馬蹄鼈，雪天牛尾狸。”又問益公。公，廬陵人也，對曰：“金柑玉版筍，銀杏水晶葱。”
