有兄弟共殺人者……帝以兄不訓弟，故報兄重而減弟死。中常侍孫章宣詔，誤言兩報重，尚書奏章矯制，罪當𦝫斬。帝復召躬問之，躬對“章應罰金”。帝曰：“章矯詔殺人，何謂罰金？”躬曰：“法令有故誤，章傳命之謬，於事爲誤，誤者其文則輕。”
