四禁者何也？春無殺伐，無割大陵，倮大衍，伐大木，斬大山，行大火，誅大臣，收穀賦。夏無遏水達名川，塞大谷，動土功，射鳥獸。秋毋赦過釋罪緩刑；冬無賦爵賞禄，傷伐五穀。
