论资排辈 lùn zī pái bèi 按资历辈分决定级别、待遇的高低。《解放日报》1983.1.28：“在调整领导班子的工作中，必须把论资排辈的陋习去掉，把那些有知识、有才能的中青年干部选拔到各级领导岗位上来。”《宁夏社会科学》1983年第3期：“论资排辈是封建等级、特权制度和宗法等级制度(在辈分上排列次序)的产物。”
