释义	言近旨远 yán jìn zhǐ yuǎn 亦作“言近指远”。语言浅近而涵义深远。语出《孟子·尽心下》：“言近而指远者，善言也。”孙爽疏：“言辞之近而指意已远者，乃为善言者也。”元宗宝《〈坛经〉跋》：“其言近指远，词坦义明，诵者各有所获。”《镜花缘》第十八回：“其书阐发孔孟大旨，殚尽心力，折衷旧解，言近旨远，文简义明，一经诵习，圣贤之道莫不灿然在目。” 知识来源：汉语大词典编纂处编.汉语成语大辞典.上海：上海世纪出版股份有限公司上海辞书出版社.2007.第945页.
