拨乱反正 bō luàn fǎn zhèng 治理混乱的局面，使恢复正常。语出《公羊传·哀公十四年》：“拨乱世，反诸正，莫近诸《春秋》。”《汉书·礼乐志》：“汉兴，拨乱反正，日不暇给，犹命叔孙通制礼仪，以正君臣之位。”宋 李纲《上皇帝封事》：“拨乱反正，以图中兴。”高晓声《李顺大造屋》：“十一年混乱，积习难改，现在应该拨乱反正了。”
